For everything that you cannot do because you lack the knowledge and the skill set there are millions of folk who can complete the task. Do not allow perceived limitations to stop your dreams. Make yourself available to receive assistance. The dream is not ever relegated to one Soul or one Mind or one Heart. The dream is for all of humankind; therefore, the birthing of your ideas and visions will require many hands. Every resource you need will become available as you initiate each step of the creation process.
Believe beyond your limitations. Sojourner, no one person knows everything. Seek out the people you need and make yourself available to receive help.

Life is gracious to us. We are often [re]presented with opportunities to fulfill requirements and lessons that we avoided and/or resisted for whatever reason.
Sojourner, in this winter season, if you find yourself [re]presented with opportunities, believe beyond your fears that this time you will keep your own words concerning you. Believe beyond your fears that this time you will make the choices that align with your highest self and best demonstrate your commitment to wholeness. “If only [this person] believed beyond [her] fears” poured forth from the depths of my Soul as I considered another who received a second chance at fulfilling an assignment gifted to them through Spirit years ago. Fear is what you need it to be. It is the response to stimuli that you create and that you maintain. Choose not to be afraid. Choose to acknowledge discomfort and frustrations. Choose to respond to dangers. And whatever you do stop sitting in fear. Your new dawn is just beyond your fears. Choose to believe that your worth is immeasurable and your fire is unquenchable. All that you need is already inside of you if only you believe beyond your fears!!! WithLove-InPeace-ThroughGrace This weekend I challenge you to listen to the kinds of conversations happening within you. As creators, we are constantly engaging our surroundings and ourselves. Many of us, however, are oblivious to the condition of our own internal dialogue. Listen to your internal voice as you seek to make decisions. Listen as you work through difficult life and professional assignments. Are you self-abusing? Do you encourage yourself when your best work is not produced? Do you assault yourself when you are agitated? How you speak within to yourself is an indicator of how well you treat others.
I want you to write down repetitive statements you hear—both positive and negative. Then I want you to talk back to those internal whispers. When you speak negatively to yourself, correct the negativity and affirm yourself—out loud. Who cares if you appear strange? To continue to self-abuse is unhealthy and impedes your wholeness! Commit to no longer participating in your own destruction. Self-abusing and other abusing ways of thinking and being kill you and your dreams slowly and softly. In the words of hip-hop days long since passed, you betta check yo’ self before you wreck yo’ self! LOL #WithLove-InPeace-ThroughGrace Every voice, every word, every gaze, every touch, everybody you engage leave an imprint on your heart, mind, and Soul. Some glances and conversations wash away quickly with the coming of a new tidal wave of exchanges. Other experiences, including both joyous and traumatic encounters, take root deep within your psyche. These moments, these people, and these memories evolve overtime (and without confrontation) morph into internal authorities.
When it is time to make a decision, you may hear your Grandmother’s voice warning you against impulsiveness. Or you meet someone new and feel an instant connection; but, you become distracted by the memories of a former lover reminding you from within that fire built with haste rarely out last the initial smoke. There comes a time, Sojourner, when we must deconstruct the authorities living within us. The voices, the memories, the people, and the experiences that impede our intuition and imagination must be uprooted. Invite the local authorities living within you into your board room. Host an executive meeting and determine who should be fired and whose lasting impression is necessary for your next journey. Retain as dominant companions only those experiences that ignite within you light, life, and love. Consider what remains on your Dream List for this year. If there is any objection to your abilities to fulfill your promises to yourself, investigate the origination point and confront your internal naysayers. Do not give anyone a free pass! Where there is anger, acknowledge. Where there is pain, embrace. Where there is hurt, forgive. Whatever you do, do NOT shut down. By confronting the sea of authorities lurking within you, you are establishing your own voice and your own discernment as primary sources and guides for your life. In all ways, be truthful. At all times, forgive. #WithLove-InPeace-ThroughGrace At some point in your life you reach a crossroad. This place of contemplation and angst often merges everything you ever thought possible with all the resistance known to humankind. You may feel relieved that the hour to choose is now upon you. Many of us are overwhelmed and even paralyzed by the magnitude of it all. Here is an instruction that I hope stirs within you at exactly the right moment: When you reach the intersection of Then, Now, Maybe, and the Unknown—love yourself enough to REBEL! Honor who you are at present enough to make a decision that propels you forward away from stagnation and complacency. WithLove-InPeace-ThroughGrace Dreamers we are few weeks away from the ending of 2013 and the crowning of 2014. We commenced this year with bright eyes filled with hopes and wonder. How shall we describe the close of this year’s journey? How are you Sojourner? Where are you? Did you remain committed? Did you show up every day determined to make another choice? Did you seek each week to become more of your authentic self? Are you surrendering to The Source?
This year gave rise to many challenges. We were forced in directions we did not desire to travel and plunged into internal places we vowed to never revisit. And I must ask: What remains undone within you? What fears and sources of immobilization are you coddling? What insecurities do you need to confront so that you might complete the works in your hands? There is still ample time for change!
